Pusoy is played with 52 cards split into three hands — the back (five cards), the middle (five cards), and the front (three cards). Each hand must rank equal to or lower than the one behind it. The back hand carries the most weight, so setting a Full House or better there locks in your strongest position. Hands rank the same way

as standard poker: four of a kind beats a full house, a flush beats a straight, and a pair beats a high card. The front three-card hand only recognises straights, flushes, and pairs — no full house possible there. Misset your hands and you foul automatically, handing the round to your opponent.

What is a Royal Flush in Pusoy?

A Royal Flush is the Ace, King, Queen, Jack, and Ten of the same suit. It sits at the very top of the Pusoy hand-ranking chart and cannot be beaten by any other five-card combination.

What does 'foul' mean in Pusoy?

A foul happens when a player sets their three hands out of order — for example, placing a stronger combination in the middle than in the back. A fouled hand loses automatically without scoring.

What is a Full House in Pusoy hand rankings?

A Full House combines three cards of one rank with two cards of another rank — for instance, three Kings and two Fives. It ranks below four of a kind and above a flush in the standard order.

Yes. The back hand must rank equal to or higher than the middle hand, and the middle must rank equal to or higher than the front. Breaking this order results in a foul and an automatic loss for that round.

Yes, ties are possible. When two hands share the same rank type — two flushes, for example — the winner is decided by the highest card within that combination. If those also tie, the suit ranking is applied.

Suits are ranked from highest to lowest: Spades, Hearts, Clubs, Diamonds. This order breaks ties at both the card level and, in some rule sets, at the hand level when everything else is equal.

That is a foul. The front hand must not outrank the middle hand. A pair beats a high card in standard Pusoy rankings, so placing it ahead of a weaker middle hand breaks the legal setting rule.
